Resume / CV — uploaded voluntarily for ATS analysis and interview prep personalisation
Professional details — target role, experience level, tech stack (from onboarding form)
Usage data — tasks completed, questions answered, scores received
Payment information — processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers or bank details

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate your personalised 30-day interview preparation plan
To analyse your resume and provide ATS scores and improvement tips
To match you with relevant job listings
To send your login credentials and plan updates via email
To process payments and manage your subscription
To improve our platform and services

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Sheets (secured with Google Service Account credentials) and on Railway cloud infrastructure. Resume files are stored on Google Drive with restricted access.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate RoleCraft:

Anthropic (Claude AI) — for generating personalised interview prep content
Google (Sheets, Drive, OAuth) — for data storage and login
Razorpay — for payment processing
Brevo (Sendinblue) — for transactional emails
Adzuna — for job listing data

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, strictly as needed to operate the platform.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are essential for the platform to function and do not track you across other websites. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

RoleCraft is intended for professionals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
